A conceptualized series of cover designs for various forms of media marketing for the album Transmissions by the band Starset.

As stated above, these three designs each act as a hypothetical album cover for the band depending on form of media. One of the most important aspects of this project was the inclusion of an inkblot into the imagery of the covers. In order to seamlessly blend the inkblot with the overall aesthetic of Starset, I placed an image of a galaxy over the inkblot before adding static and chromatic aberration to the entire design. For the background I chose a simple dark blue that would allow the details of the inkblot to the focus of the cover. Last was the utilization of a typeface that was very similar to the original font typically used in the band's merchandising and albums.
